Mouse Alpha-Synuclein Monomer Protein for Making Pre-Formed Fibrils
Protein
Full-length mouse alpha-synuclein monomeric protein specially formulated to generate pre-formed fibrils. Please note, we recommend this protein for in vitro studies but not for in vivo experiments (the protein is validated for pS129 alpha-synuclein pathology in vitro but in vivo validation failed as robust pS129 alpha-synuclein pathology was not observed). These highly pure proteins are recommended for biochemical studies and can be used to form fibrils, but these fibrils have been found to lack seeding activity.
Note: A protocol for generating pre-formed fibrils from this monomeric protein will be included with each order.
S69R Rab32 KI Mouse
Mouse Model
CRISPR/Cas9 genome targeting strategy to knockin S69R point mutation in the endogenous mouse Rab32 gene (corresponds to the S71R mutation in human Rab32).
Estimated Availability: Early 2025
Rab 12 Antibody (IP)
Antibody
Rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against human Rab 12. Suitable for use in immunoprecipitation.
Total Rab 29 Antibody (Hu)
Antibody
Rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against the human total Rab 29 protein. Suitable for immunoblot and immunoprecipitation experiments. This antibody epitope was mapped to amino acids 141-150.
LRRK2 Wild-type Mouse
Mouse Model
Mice express a wild-type human LRRK2 gene directed by its endogenous promoter/enhancer regions on the BAC transgene. The human LRRK2 protein expression is approximately 5-fold over endogenous mouse LRRK2. RRID:IMSR_JAX:013725
LRRK2 pS955 Phosphospecific Antibody
Antibody
Rabbit monoclonal phosphospecific antibody directed against Serine 955 of LRRK2.
LRRK2 G2019S Mouse
Mouse Model
Transgenic mice overexpressing a mutant form (G2019S) of human LRRK2 directed by its endogenous promoter/enhancer regions on the BAC transgene. RRID:IMSR_JAX:018785
LRRK2 R1441G Mouse
Mouse Model
Transgenic mice overexpressing a mutant form (R1441G) of human LRRK2 directed by its endogenous promoter/enhancer regions on the BAC transgene. RRID:IMSR_JAX:018786
Thy-1 Wild Type Human Alpha-Synuclein Mouse (Line 15)
Mouse Model
Transgenic mice expressing wild type human alpha-synuclein directed by the murine Thy-1 promoter. Two separate founder lines with different expression levels are available. RRID:IMSR_JAX:017682
Wild Type Human Alpha-Synuclein Mouse
Mouse Model
Mice express a wild-type human alpha-synuclein gene directed by its endogenous promoter/enhancer regions on the BAC transgene. RRID:IMSR_JAX:018442
