Dr. Corcos earned his masters and PhD from the University of Oregon. He then completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Rush University in neurophysiology. He directs a laboratory that studies movement disorders and therapeutic interventions using a variety of electrophysiological techniques. He is currently a professor in kinesiology and nutrition at University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). He holds secondary appointments in bioengineering and physical therapy as well as in neurology at Rush University. He directs the interdisciplinary training program in human therapeutic neuroscience at UIC.
