“I’ve found connecting with others with the disease to be a valuable resource when it comes to support and advice, as well as keeping up my sense of humor. Our power is in our collective voice, which is why I’m excited to be a member of the Patient Council.”

Fiona Davis is the New York Times bestselling author of six historical fiction novels set in iconic New York City buildings, including The Magnolia Palace and The Lions of Fifth Avenue, which was a Good Morning America book club pick. She was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in the summer of 2020.

Fiona sat on the boards of the Columbia Journalism School and the Manhattan Theatre Club, and her articles have appeared in publications like The Wall Street Journal and O the Oprah magazine. She’s helped organize bi-weekly zoom meetings for women with PD in the New York metropolitan area and actively participates in research through clinical trials. She shared her experience of being diagnosed with PD with goodmorningamerica.com, as well as Generation Women, a multi-generational storytelling series. Fiona is based in New York City.
