Dr. Antonia Orsi has a Laurea degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical technologies and Pharmacy from University of Milan and a PhD in Molecular Pharmacology from University College London. Dr. Orsi joined Phytopharm in December 1999 and prior to this gained several years’ experience in molecular biology and molecular pharmacology at Telethon Institute Genetics and Medicine (TIGEM) at San Raffaele Hospital, Milan, Italy and at the University of Cambridge and University College of London, UK. Dr. Orsi is currently Head of Pharmaceutical Products at Phytopharm. Prior to joining Phytopharm, Dr. Orsi received 3 grants the most recent being from the European Community and 4 awards the most recent being for CASGE (Concerted Action on Genetic Services in Europe). Dr. Orsi is a registered Pharmacist and a member of the British Pharmacology Society, British Toxicology Society and Royal Society of Medicine.
