Dr Ashvin Kuri is a clinical research fellow at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). He is training as a physician-scientist in neurology and specialises in neuroepidemiology. His clinical training has all taken place in London. His scientific training involved an MSc in neuroscience at QMUL, practical internships at QMUL, Edinburgh University and Johns Hopkins University, and a two-year academic foundation program at University College London, focusing on prodromal Parkinson’s disease. 

He is currently building prediction algorithms for Parkinson’s disease, integrating clinical and genetic data, with the eventual career goal of preventing Parkinson’s disease, and other neurodegenerative diseases.
