Jacob Hesterman, PhD, is Invicro’s Head of Research and Development. His group focuses on the development of novel image processing, machine learning and modeling methods and the engineering of image processing tools. These tools are used to extract the quantitative information required to support projects spanning multiple imaging modalities and therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Invicro, Dr. Hesterman managed Bioscan’s NanoSPECT/CT project and served as a visiting scientist in the Frangioni Lab at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard Medical School Teaching Hospital.
Dr. Hesterman holds a doctorate from the University of Arizona’s College of Optical Sciences.
