Dr. Rathore is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Informatics and Neurology at Emory University, with a Master's in Computer Engineering and a PhD in Computer and Information Sciences. Her research interests lie in developing the mathematical foundations and computational methods for constructing computer-aided diagnostic systems that infer information from medical images, ultimately leading to personalized medicine approaches for neurodegeneration and in neuro-oncology. She has developed a diverse array of computer-aided tools to improve cancer diagnosis and prognosis, with a focus on gliomas. Her work involves using multiparametric MRI to extract imaging phenotypes and integrating them with AI to predict clinical outcomes like pseudo-progression, survival, recurrence, and molecular markers in gliomas. She has pioneered methodscombining radiographic and pathology images to enhance outcome predictions.
