Allison Boiles

Vice President • Communications

Allison Boiles is vice president of communications, leading the creation and execution of content and strategies that meaningfully tell the story of the Foundation’s impact on Parkinson’s disease research.

In her current role, Allison leads the talented communications team, shaping the voice and visibility of one of the world's most influential research organizations. She oversees media relations and a dynamic mix of print, digital and multimedia storytelling — bringing MJFF's ambitious mission to life across platforms, from headlines to live events.

With nearly two decades of experience in communications and marketing, Allison is a strategic storyteller who has built her career helping nonprofit organizations drive impact in health. Prior to joining the Foundation in September 2015, Allison worked with an organization committed to improving the health of women and girls in developing countries. In this role, Allison managed the creation of marketing and programmatic materials, while leading local and international event management and audience digital engagement.

Allison graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in communications and minors in international studies and Spanish literature. She works remotely for the Foundation from Southern California.
