Zach Brez is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York. Zach is an enforcement lawyer who specializes in two primary areas — securities/commodities enforcement defense and international risk.
Before going into private practice 15 years ago, Zach was a staff attorney in the New York office of the SEC's division of enforcement. Zach received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and his JD, with honors, from Georgetown University Law Center.
Zach lives in New York with his wife, who is a pediatrician, and their two children. Zach became involved with The Michael J. Fox Foundation shortly after his father was diagnosed with Parkinson's.
