  • AAV Scrambled Control 3xmiR/GFP Plasmid

    Viral transgene plasmid used in the AAV scrambled control 3xmiR/GFP viral vector available through Charles River Labs (see viral vector section). This plasmid is available to non-profit groups only. RRID:Addgene_194249

  • SNCA Triplication iPSC line set*

    iPSC line derived from a patient with the SNCA triplication mutation. Corrected lines with normal SNCA expression levels and TdTomato reporter KI versions of the lines will also be available. These lines were generated and kindly deposited by Vik Khurana into the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.

  • LRRK2 N2081D KI Mouse*

    Mice with the N2081D mutation in LRRK2. Model was generated and deposited by Dr Zhenyu Yue at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.

  • Parkin R275W KI Mouse*

    Mice with the R275W mutation in Parkin. Model was generated and deposited by Dr David Komander at Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.

  • Parkin K161N KI Mouse*

    Mice with the K161N mutation in Parkin. Model was generated and deposited by Dr David Komander at Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.

  • Conditional R1441G KI Mouse*

    Mice designed for conditional knockin of the LRRK2 R1441G mutation. Model was generated and deposited by Dr Dario Alessi at the University of Dundee through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.

  • Human iPSC with HiBit-tagged VPS35**

    Human iPSC line with HiBiT tag on the VPS35 protein and inducible LgBiT expression for live cell imaging and quantitation. Cell line was developed and kindly shared by Dr. Tom Durcan at McGill University through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program. 

  • Human iPSC with HiBit-tagged VPS13C*

    Human iPSC line with HiBiT tag on the VPS13C protein and inducible LgBiT expression for live cell imaging and quantitation. Cell line was developed and kindly shared by Dr. Tom Durcan at McGill University through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.
