Learning Objectives
 

• Describe sleep disorders that are commonly associated with Parkinson's disease. 
• Discuss Parkinson's motor and non-motor symptoms as well as medications that can affect sleep. 
• Summarize pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for sleep disturbances in Parkinson's. 
• Recognize ongoing research in sleep and Parkinson's disease.

This educational activity is designed for primary care physicians, family practice physicians, general medicine physicians, geriatricians, general neurologists, movement disorder specialists and any other health care practitioners who manage patients with Parkinson's disease.
